Founder-market fit
Repeat founder with scars, an exit, commercial scale and regional operating experience.
Teymur has been active in the startup ecosystem since 2012. Earlier in his career he completed an internship at Google in Silicon Valley and also pitched a startup there. His background includes both failed and successful ventures, giving him direct experience with runway pressure, market timing, validation, shutdown discipline and the difference between product activity and a repeatable business.
Why this matters for investors: InnMedia Group is led by a founder who has already experienced failed ventures, successful operating businesses and an exit. The value is not failure itself; it is pattern recognition around capital discipline, validation, commercial timing and execution under pressure.
He created one of Azerbaijan’s popular online marketplaces and exited by selling it to an international company. He also founded a marketing agency with $300K+ annual turnover that has operated for more than six years. Across corporate and startup roles he has led sales, marketing, fundraising, GTM, P&L ownership and large-scale operations, including managing 180+ people and a nationwide network of 85+ branches.
For InnMedia Group, that commercial background is concentrated on two buyer motions: publishers and content-heavy enterprises for InnMedia OS, and brands / agencies for InnMedia SIGNAL. Supporting infrastructure serves those two products rather than creating separate commercial teams.
Commercial founderSales, marketing, GTM, fundraising, pricing, partnerships and monetization are internal capabilities rather than assumptions outsourced after product development.
Regional market executionExperience across Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Azerbaijan and Georgia supports the Group’s Central Asia + South Caucasus expansion model.
Market expansionHands-on experience opening and operating new markets supports the parallel-cluster strategy described in the Expansion section.
Technical coordinationExperience translating commercial requirements into ERP, CRM, CMS and AI-enabled product requirements helps connect enterprise buyers with the engineering team.
